The Bear Robotics Servi is an autonomous hospitality service robot designed to assist restaurant and hospitality staff by transporting food, beverages and dishes between kitchens and customers. Measuring 1,046 mm tall and weighing approximately 63 kg, Servi uses LiDAR SLAM, camera-based navigation and AI obstacle avoidance to navigate safely through busy dining environments. Featuring two serving trays plus a bus tub with a combined payload of 30 kg, Servi automatically returns to its charging dock after deliveries and supports multi-robot fleet coordination. NSF-certified for foodservice environments, it enables staff to focus on guest interaction while automating repetitive delivery and bussing tasks.

Servi Plus

The Bear Robotics Servi Plus is a high-capacity autonomous hospitality service robot designed for restaurants, hotels, senior living communities, stadiums and other high-volume service environments. Measuring 533 × 584 × 1,219 mm and weighing approximately 51 kg, it can transport over 16 entrées or 40 kg (88 lb) across 2–4 configurable trays. Using LiDAR SLAM, multiple cameras, AI obstacle avoidance and an advanced active suspension system, Servi Plus safely delivers food, drinks and dishes across ramps, thresholds and varied flooring while maintaining stability for liquids. Additional features such as multi-destination delivery, fleet orchestration, responsive LED lighting, dot-matrix messaging and cloud management make it Bear Robotics' flagship hospitality platform for high-throughput service operations.

Servi Q

The Bear Robotics Servi Q is the most compact member of the Servi hospitality robot family, developed in collaboration with SoftBank Robotics for restaurants, cafés, hotels and other venues where space constraints have traditionally limited robot adoption. Measuring 350 × 466 × 1,060 mm and weighing 45 kg, Servi Q can navigate aisles as narrow as 450 mm (18 inches) while carrying up to 30 kg across configurable tray layouts. Features including reverse navigation, backward obstacle detection, peer-to-peer fleet coordination, spill-resistant transport, wheel-cleaning mode and an integrated 18.5-inch guest engagement display make it well suited for busy, high-traffic hospitality environments.
