About the Servi Q

The Bear Robotics Servi Q is the most compact member of the Servi hospitality robot family, developed in collaboration with SoftBank Robotics for restaurants, cafés, hotels and other venues where space constraints have traditionally limited robot adoption. Measuring 350 × 466 × 1,060 mm and weighing 45 kg, Servi Q can navigate aisles as narrow as 450 mm (18 inches) while carrying up to 30 kg across configurable tray layouts. Features including reverse navigation, backward obstacle detection, peer-to-peer fleet coordination, spill-resistant transport, wheel-cleaning mode and an integrated 18.5-inch guest engagement display make it well suited for busy, high-traffic hospitality environments.
