BEIJING — Roborock Technology Co. reported net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 986 million ($138 million) for the first half of 2026, up 45.6% from a year earlier, according to figures released Sunday by the company.

Revenue rose 27.6% to RMB 10.1 billion during the period. The stronger profit growth means earnings increased faster than sales, although the company did not provide enough detail in the release to establish how much of the improvement came from operating performance versus other factors.

Roborock reported a 45% share of the robotic vacuum market in Europe and 33% in North America, with unit sales up 24% and 30%, respectively. The market share figures are company-reported claims.

Research and development spending reached RMB 720 million, up 5.11% year over year and equivalent to 7.14% of revenue, according to the company. Roborock said its development work includes navigation, AI-based environmental perception, cleaning systems, and robotic mobility.

The results extend a period of growth for the company. Roborock reported a full-year 2025 revenue of RMB 18.7 billion, up 56.51%, while first-quarter 2026 revenue rose 23.31% year over year.

Roborock is best known for robot vacuums but is expanding into other autonomous cleaning products. Its product lineup also includes wet-dry vacuums, pool-cleaning robots, and robotic lawn mowers.

The company also said International Data Corporation ranked Roborock No. 1 globally in both unit shipments and sales value among robotic vacuum brands in the first half of 2026. Euromonitor ranked No. 1 globally by retail sales value in 2025, according to the release
