About the ANYmal C

ANYmal C is an autonomous quadruped industrial inspection robot introduced by Swiss robotics manufacturer ANYbotics in 2019. Designed for demanding industrial environments, it autonomously navigates facilities, avoids obstacles, climbs stairs and traverses rough or slippery terrain while performing routine inspection missions. Its sensing capabilities include visual and thermal imaging, LiDAR, acoustic monitoring and gas detection. ANYmal C was also supplied as an extensible research platform supporting custom software, autonomous-navigation, perception and advanced robotics research.
