DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Fakhruddin Properties has unveiled plans for an AED 700 million ($191 million) mixed-use development in Dubai where robots are expected to operate on every floor, handling jobs ranging from deliveries and cleaning to security and basic health support.  
 
The developer introduced their concept Trppan Vision during the on-going IPS 2026 which commenced this week. The proposed structure which will be in Dubai Land Residence Complex, will be divided into 463 residential, office, and retail units.  
 
An integrated system of eight specialised robots will provide services within the complex; Fakhruddin Properties plan to have them running reception, household maintenance, security, cleaning, coffee preparation, personal health support and intra-building deliveries as well as operating an external drone-delivery service from each residential level in order to effectively make it part of the structure of the building. The manufacturer and model specifications have, however, not yet been confirmed. The concept effectively turns robots into shared building infrastructure rather than devices owned by individual residents.  

With a view to health support, a system named Smart Care, in collaboration with a health-care organization has been developed in order to make use of the robots with regards to routine patient healthcare, basic vital checks, medication and other related medical rounds as well as tele-consultation. The apartments, however, will use Fakhruddin's in-house HomeSoul system for managing lights, air-conditioning, electronic drapes and smart access to homes which is set to bring up a more complete A.I enabled smart homes experience.  
 
Inside the apartments, Fakhruddin Properties plans to use its HomeSoul platform to connect lighting, climate control, motorized curtains, and smart access. The company's project page describes Tréppan Vision as a mixed-use development combining residences, offices and retail with building-wide robotics and AI-enabled smart homes.  

The 463 units include 408 apartments, 48 office suites and seven retail spaces, according to reports on the project.  
 
 The robots are not yet active residential deployment. Tréppan Vision is an off plan development and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2029.
