About the AI Sapiens K0

ROBOTIS AI Sapiens K0 is a 1.3-meter, 34-kg open-source bipedal humanoid designed as the first development platform in ROBOTIS's AI Sapiens Physical AI ecosystem. Its 23-DoF body is powered by DYNAMIXEL-Q quasi-direct-drive actuators and controlled by an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX. Rather than targeting a single commercial service job, K0 is purpose-built for humanoid and Physical AI research, education and product development, particularly reinforcement-learning locomotion, imitation learning, full-body control, simulation-to-real transfer and deployment of learned policies on physical hardware. ROBOTIS intends to provide the hardware BoM, CAD, software, simulation assets and tutorials as an open-source development foundation.
