Cassie

Humanoid Robots

Cassie is Agility Robotics’ early bipedal research robot developed primarily for dynamic legged locomotion and robotics research. Its lightweight 10-DOF leg architecture enabled walking, running, hopping, skipping, stair climbing and jumping while serving as an open research platform for reinforcement learning, control systems and sim-to-real locomotion development. Cassie became the technological foundation for Agility Robotics’ later Digit humanoid platform and achieved notable milestones including an untethered 5 km run and a 24.73-second 100 m world record.

Digit 4

Humanoid Robots

Digit 4 is Agility Robotics’ commercially deployed industrial humanoid generation designed primarily for repetitive material-handling work in warehouses, logistics centers and manufacturing facilities. It combines bipedal mobility, tote-focused manipulation, autonomous navigation, automatic charging and Agility Arc fleet management. Digit 4 has been used for tote movement, stacking/unstacking, AMR interaction, palletizing-related workflows and other repetitive logistics tasks, and served as the production platform that generated the operational experience used to develop Digit 5.

Digit 5

Humanoid Robots

Digit 5 is Agility Robotics’ fifth-generation industrial humanoid robot, designed for autonomous physical work in manufacturing, warehousing and logistics environments. It can repeatedly lift loads up to 22.7 kg, handle totes and industrial materials, perform machine-tending workflows and work in close proximity to people using cooperative-safety and human-detection systems. Its fast-charging battery, swappable end effectors, human-scale reach and Agility Arc fleet integration are designed to support more than 20 hours of productive operation per day across flexible facility workflows.
