The ExRobotics ExR-1 is a tracked industrial inspection robot developed for remote and hazardous oil, gas, chemical and process-industry facilities. Introduced in 2018, it combines remote 4G teleoperation with visual/audio inspection and optional gas sensing. An optional autonomous configuration supports line-following missions, waypoint inspections, autonomous docking and mission reporting. It is certified for operation in potentially explosive ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 environments.

The ExRobotics ExR-2 is an ATEX- and IECEx-certified autonomous tracked inspection robot developed for potentially explosive Zone 1 industrial environments. Designed for oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, chemical and offshore facilities, it uses LiDAR-based autonomous navigation and can conduct repeatable inspection missions, avoid obstacles, collect visual and sensor data, detect methane leaks with appropriate payloads, and autonomously recharge at a hazardous-area-certified docking station.
