About the CETC Robot No. 1 / SEARI Capital Robot No. 1

CETC Robot No. 1 is the first humanoid robot developed by CETC Robotics (21st Research Institute of CETC), unveiled in late 2023. Standing 162 cm and weighing 60 kg with 39 degrees of freedom, it demonstrates stable walking on uneven terrain, resistance to pushes/kicks, and dexterous manipulation (carrying boxes, pouring water, twisting bottle caps). It is being validated for smart logistics deployment, with stated future applications in industrial manufacturing, security patrol, and emergency response.
