Phoenix Generation 6 is Sanctuary AI's 2023 humanoid general-purpose robot designed to perform human-like physical work across multiple industries. Standing 5 ft 7 in and weighing 155 lb, Phoenix combines a stable wheeled mobile base with highly dexterous human-like hands, tactile sensing, vision, hearing and speech. Its Carbon AI control system translates natural language into physical actions and supports reasoning, task and motion planning, deep and reinforcement learning, teleoperation and autonomous task execution. Sanctuary designed Phoenix around real workforce applications, particularly manipulation-intensive jobs in manufacturing, warehousing, retail, hospitality, cleaning, laboratory work, healthcare-related tasks and agriculture.
