About the UNI-050H (Service Robot)

The UNI, publicly referenced as UNI-050H, is a mobile hotel service robot co-developed by Hyundai Robotics / HD Hyundai Robotics and KT. It was designed for hotel guest-service delivery tasks such as bringing towels, bottled water, and other amenities to guest rooms. The robot was deployed at Daegu Marriott Hotel & Residences in South Korea, and KT’s GiGA Genie voice-command function was used to allow hotel guests to request deliveries more easily.
